Pre Session Reminders

    • Please plan on our first session lasting 2-3 hours.

    •  Be as well rested as you can.

    • Have water or tea available so you stay hydrated.

    • Having a small snack beforehand is also great to maintain focus.

    •  Consider engaging in a short mindfulness or meditation exercise about 10-15 minutes before we begin.

    • Additionally, have a notebook or digital note-taking platform ready to jot down insights or reflections during or after the session.

  • For remote sessions, please ensure you have a stable internet connection, a quiet space free from interruptions, and a set of headphones for optimal audio quality.

    I recommend testing your equipment 15 minutes before the session to ensure everything is functional.

  • Your privacy is of utmost importance to me. All discussions, exercises, and insights from this session are strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party. I maintain a secure client record-keeping system to further protect your information.
